Gear Shop ONSITE:

    Poet’s Gear Emporium is a retail shop specializing in ultralight hiking gear. We carry a carefully selected collection of gear for long distance hiking. Brands include: Hyperlite Mountain Gear, ULA, Leki, Xero Sandals, Darn Tough, Injinji, Salomon, Light Heart Gear, Big Agnes, Super Feet, Altra, Sawyer, Enlightened Equipment and many more. Our resupply options offer many types of high energy, light weight, foods in a variety of price ranges. We also offer gear repair and shakedowns to hikers in need. This little gear shop was started in 2015 and has grown drastically over the past eight years due to demand.

*The shop is located beside Shaw’s Hiker Hostel and is open from the beginning of June to the end of October.
